What input options are available for Extended Range?
In addition to the standard inputs such as Site, Buddy, Date, Body of Water, etc., you can enter specific Extended Range data in the “Details” and “Gas” category:
- Total and Planned Runtime
- Total Deco Time and Planned Deco Total
- Configuration: Single Cylinder, Twinset Cylinders, Sidemount
- Back Gas
- Cylinder Volume
- Start and End Pressure
- Oxygen% and Helium%
Once you have entered and saved all of your data, you can see what type of dive it was in the lower right corner.
With the new update of the MySSI App, both Freediving and XR Logbooks are now available. Here is a short
explanation on how you can start digitally logging your Freediving and XR dives today.
Where you can find the new logbooks?
Log in to your account in the MySSI App
Click in the menu on “Divelog”
Click on the red button in the lower right corner
Click on “manual input”
Choose the type dive (Scuba, Freediving or Extended Range)

- Freediving Discipline (Constant Weight, Variable Weight, Immersion, etc.)
- Freedive Data (Weight, Neutral at Depth, Session Type, etc.)
